費米凝聚（Fermionic condensate）：類似於玻色-愛因斯坦凝聚體，由大量費米子占據同一量子態形成。由於包立不相容原理，不同的費米子不能占據同一量子態，因此費米子不能像玻色子那樣直接形成玻色-愛因斯坦凝聚體。不過科學家把兩個費米子結合在一起成為具有玻色子性質的「費米子對」即庫柏對，這樣使費米子對冷凝，成為費米凝聚。
