西里爾·諾斯古德·帕金森

西里爾·諾斯古德·帕金森(英語：Cyril Northcote Parkinson, 1909年7月30日—1993年4月9日)英國作家、社會學家、管理學家，劍橋學者，生平著作60多本，以帕金森定理聞名學界。^[1]
