菰蒲曲是清代詩人[1]程嗣立（1698-1744）所築的一座園林，位於淮安府城裏運河西岸的伏龍洞，築於乾隆年間。園中建築包括籍慎堂、來鶴軒、晚翠山房、林艿山館等[2]。程嗣立在園中召集文友，詩文酬答。「凡文人名士道出淮陰，必下榻齋中，流連觴詠，歷旬月不少倦」[3]。乾隆七年（1743）正月雪後，程嗣立召集朋友來園中共賞《雙簪記》，夜晚張燈樹梢，「絲竹競奏，雪月交映，最為勝集」[4]。漕運總督、浙江巡撫納蘭常安曾作《逰菰蒲曲記》。
