膜迷路（英文：Membranous labyrinth），是套在骨迷路內的封閉的管腔或囊，包括蝸管、球囊、橢圓囊、膜半規管，其內充滿內淋巴。其中包含聽覺和平衡覺的感受器[1][2]。膜迷路和骨迷路均位於內耳，擁有相似的外形，但膜迷路比骨迷路小得多，並且和骨質外殼間有外淋巴液隔開[2][3]。其中，在耳前庭的部分，膜迷路的形狀和骨迷路的形狀有差異，膜迷路在此由橢圓囊和球囊組成[1][3]。
