胡秀堂（1955年3月—），山東蒼山人。男，漢族。加入中國共產黨。中央黨校馬克思主義發展史專業畢業。中國人民解放軍中將。
曾任空軍大連指揮所副政委。2003年12月，任空軍長春指揮所政委。2006年12月，任瀋陽軍區空軍政治部副主任。2007年6月，任空軍裝備研究院政委。2009年，任廣州軍區空軍政治部主任。2012年12月，任廣州軍區副政委兼空軍政委。2014年12月，任國防大學副政委。
2008年7月，晉升為空軍少將軍階。2014年7月，晉升空軍中將[1]。
2008年，當選第十一屆全國人民代表大會解放軍代表[2]。2013年，當選第十二屆全國人民代表大會解放軍代表[3]。
