生平
1954年12月加入中國共產黨。1963年畢業於天津南開大學化學系，同年9月參加工作，歷任鄭州市科委科研所技術員，鄭州市第二化工廠技術員、革委會副主任、廠長、黨支部書記、工程師。1980年，任鄭州市煤化局副局長；1982年8月，任局長[1]。1983年，任中共鄭州市委副書記，鄭州市人民政府市長[2][3]。1991年，任河南省人民政府秘書長。1993年，任中共河南省委統戰部部長，政協河南省第七屆委員會副主席[4]。
