淋巴管平滑肌增生（英文：Lymphangioleiomyomatosis，通稱：LAM），或稱淋巴管平滑肌瘤、肺淋巴管肌瘤，是一種罕見、進行性、系統性疾病，通常發展為囊腫導致的肺功能喪失。LAM主要影響女性，尤其是生育期的女性。[1]
