結構式訪談（structured interview），又名標準化訪談（standardised interview），是一種定量研究方法，通常應用於測量研究（survey research）。這種方法的目的在於確保對每一個被訪者精確地呈現以同樣的順序出現的同樣的問題，確保答案總體上可靠，並確信不同樣本群之間或不同測量周期之間具有可比性。
