米奇斯瓦夫·諾瓦克（波蘭語：Mieczysław Nowak，1936年12月22日—2006年5月17日），波蘭男子舉重運動員。他曾代表波蘭參加1964年、1968年和1972年夏季奧林匹克運動會舉重比賽，其中1964年奧運會獲得一枚銅牌。[1]
