第26屆上海電視節「白玉蘭綻放」頒獎典禮於2020年8月7日晚在上海東視劇場舉行，由曹可凡、陳蓉、金煒、王冠主持[1]。本屆白玉蘭獎因新冠肺炎疫情延遲進行，並首次將「重點視頻網站首播電視劇」納入評選。陳寶國取得最佳男主角，閆妮取得最佳女主角。[2]
