穆恩之（1917年9月30日—1987年4月8日），原名穆恩芝，男，漢族，江蘇豐縣人，中國地層古生物學家。曾任中國科學院南京地質古生物研究所研究員、副所長，中國科學院南京分院副院長、國際筆石工作組主席。主要研究筆石動物和奧陶紀、志留紀地層，其次研究海百合、海蕾和海膽及泥盆紀、三疊紀、白堊紀地層。[1][2][3]
