程童一（1954年6月—），山東昌樂人，筆名時寧。1969年參加中國人民解放軍，中國社會科學院經濟系畢業。中國人民解放軍中將。
生平
曾任南京軍區政治部組織部幹事、青年處副處長、處長、代理副部長，總政治部組織部青年局副局長、局長、常務局局長，第31集團軍副政治委員、第1集團軍副政治委員，南京軍區聯勤部副政治委員等職。1996年，增補為共青團中央常委。2006年6月，任浙江省軍區政治委員。2007年2月，任第27集團軍政治委員。2011年6月，任北京軍區副政治委員[1]。2012年12月兼任北京軍區政治部主任[2]。2016年1月，任北京軍區善後辦政委[3]。
1995年，其作品《開埠》獲首屆魯迅文學獎。
