甲醯化(英語:Formylation reaction)又稱甲醯基化或甲醯化作用,是指將一個甲醯官能基加入到一個有機化合物中的化學反應。反之將甲醯基移除的反應稱為脫甲醯作用或去甲醯化反應。蛋白質的甲醯化是一種翻譯後修飾作用。
