田學斌（1963年12月—），男，甘肅會寧人，中華人民共和國政治人物。曾任中華人民共和國水利部副部長。
簡歷
1983年7月參加工作，1984年4月加入中共，甘肅工業大學機械製造工藝及設備專業工學學士，中國社會科學院研究生院農業經濟管理專業在職研究生管理學博士，副研究員。1992年11月擔任中共中央辦公廳、國務院辦公廳秘書。2008年4月任國務院研究室黨組成員。2008年11月，任國務院研究室副主任。2015年8月任中華人民共和國水利部副部長，2024年1月到齡卸任水利部副部長退休。[1][2]
