理察·納爾遜·弗賴伊（英語：Richard Nelson Frye，1920年1月10日—2014年3月27日），又名費耐生，是一名美國的東方學學者，主要研究伊朗學與中亞。
他在哈佛大學擔任伊朗研究教授[1][2] ，其主要領域包括有伊朗哲學、伊朗史、和古中東歷史。
2014年，他因為自然原因死於波士頓，享年94歲。
