法赫米達·米爾扎（烏爾都語：فہمیدہ مرزا，1956年12月20日海得拉巴），巴基斯坦醫學博士、農業專家、商人、政治家，巴基斯坦人民黨成員，現任巴基斯坦國民議會議長（2008年至2013年）。
米爾扎於2008年3月19日當選國民議會議長，成為擔任該職務的第一位女性。
