沈瓊（1981年9月5日—），生於上海，已退役中國男排運動員。曾經是上海男排和中國男排隊長[1]。
他於小學二年級開始接觸排球，當時上海市靜安區體校選中他並將他作為排球選手培養對象。1994年，沈瓊來到上海市少體校，當時他與湯淼同宿舍。2005年1月7日，沈瓊加入中國共產黨，沈瓊曾代表中國男排奪得2006年亞洲運動會男排銀牌。同年被上海大學錄取[2]。他也曾代表中國隊參加2008年夏季奧林匹克運動會。[3]2013年全運會之後，沈瓊退役。2014年，沈瓊出任上海男排教練。[4][5]他曾率隊奪得中華人民共和國第十四屆運動會男排金牌。[6]
