拿督梁棋祥（英語：Paul Leong Khee Seong，1939年[1]—）是馬來西亞政治人物、民政黨黨員。1939年生於馬來西亞霹靂州怡保。1974年至1990年擔任太平國會議員。1978年，梁棋祥出任原產業部長。1982年大選後，時任首相馬哈地·穆罕默德繼續讓他擔任該職，直至1986年大選。梁棋祥目前是精英大學名譽校長[2][3]。
