格林·埃德蒙·丹尼爾（英語：Glyn Edmund Daniel，1914年4月23日—1986年12月13日）是威爾斯科學家和考古學家，曾在劍橋大學任教，專門研究歐洲新石器時代的歷史。他在1958年至1985年間擔任學術期刊《古物》的主編。
生平
丹尼爾的父親約翰·丹尼爾（John Daniel）是鄉村學校校長。[1]1932年，丹尼爾前往劍橋大學聖約翰學院學習，首先攻讀地理，之後又攻讀考古學和人類學。他以優異的成績獲得了學位[2]，並且畢業後留在劍橋大學聖約翰學院任教。
第二次世界大戰期間，丹尼爾前往皇家空軍的航空照片偵察部隊工作。1942年，丹尼爾被派往印度。1946年，丹尼爾與露絲·蘭霍恩（Ruth Langhorne）結婚。[3]
戰爭結束後，丹尼爾回到劍橋大學繼續他的學術生涯。1958年到1985年，他擔任學術期刊《古物》編輯。他的主要研究對象是新石器時代的墓葬。
