核溶解

核溶解（英語：Karyolysis）是因去氧核糖核酸酶活性導致垂死細胞染色質物質的完全溶解。核溶解後細胞被伊紅均勻的染色。經常在核破裂之後發生。主要是壞死的結果。細胞凋亡時核破裂後細胞核經常被溶解到細胞凋亡體內^[1]。
