林宰平（1879年—1960年），名志鈞，字宰平，號北雲，福建閩侯人，哲學家。

辛亥革命前留學日本。回國後曾任北洋政府司法行政部部長，為梁啓超研究系主要成員之一。曾參與科玄論戰，後在清華國學研究院和清華大學哲學系任敎。其子林庚為北京大學教授。[1]
