楊洋（1970年11月—），女，彝族，中華人民共和國政治人物。現任雲南省人民政府副省長，雲南省衛生健康委員會主任，致公黨雲南省委主委，雲南省婦聯副主席（兼）。[1]
2023年1月14日，當選雲南省副省長[2]。
