楊振傑（1936年—），河南開封人，中華人民共和國政治人物。
早年畢業於甘肅師範大學中文系，後供職於甘肅省人民委員會辦公廳。1988年，升任中共甘肅省委組織部部長。1994年，任中共甘肅省委副書記。1998年至2003年，擔任甘肅省政協主席[1]。
