楊志強（1955年11月—），山西萬榮人，漢族，中華人民共和國政治人物、第十一屆全國人民代表大會甘肅地區代表[1]。
生平
楊志強畢業於北京科技大學環境工程專業，是中共黨員。長期在國有企業甘肅金川有色金屬公司（金川集團股份有限公司）任職，曾任該企業黨委書記兼董事長。2008年起擔任全國人大代表，任期5年[2]。
2020年，楊志強因為涉嫌嚴重違紀違法，接受甘肅省紀委紀律審查、監委監察調查[3]。2023年1月17日，蘭州市中級人民法院以受賄罪、國有公司人員濫用職權罪兩罪並罰，判處楊志強有期徒刑十五年六個月，同時處以罰金100萬元[4]。
