生平
本科畢業於中國人民解放軍第二炮兵工程學院計算機專業，畢業後曾在第二炮兵通信總站工作5年，歷任長途台台長、副指導員、指導員、組織幹事等職。1995年考入國防大學研究生院，98年獲軍事學碩士留校任教，2002年入國防大學戰略後勤組織指揮專業攻讀博士，2005年7月畢業後留校任教，獲「全國三八紅旗手」榮譽稱號、當選第十次全國婦女代表大會代表。[1][2]
現兼任央視軍事節目專業顧問，著作《大國意志—打開核黑箱》、《美國國家飛彈防禦系統》、《信息化武器裝備體系構建與評估研究》、《決戰第六維空間—信息戰裝備》、《現代戰爭方程式》等。 [3]
