李文喜（1954年—），男，河北文安人，中華人民共和國政治人物。中央黨校在職研究生班政治經濟學專業畢業，中央黨校研究生學歷。中共十七大代表。
生平
1973年7月參加工作。1975年2月加入中國共產黨。1998年任天津市北辰區委副書記、區長，2002年任北辰區委書記，2007年任天津市委農村工委副書記、市農委主任。2008年1月當選天津市人民政府副市長[1]。2013年1月，任天津市第十三屆政協副主席、黨組副書記[2]。
