李志堅（1940年—2016年3月29日），天津市人。中華人民共和國政治人物。
生平
畢業於中國人民大學工業經濟系，研究生畢業後，留校任職。1971年後，任北京日報社記者、工商部副主任、評論部主任、理論部主任、副總編輯。1984年11月後，任中共北京市委宣傳部副部長、市委整黨辦公室副主任。1987年3月任中共大興縣委書記，12月任中共北京市委常委。1988年9月任中共北京市委常委、市委宣傳部部長。1992年12月任中共北京市委副書記兼市委宣傳部部長、市委黨校校長。1994年3月任北京市委副書記兼市委黨校校長。2000年4月任國家體育總局黨組書記、副局長[1]。中共第十五屆中央候補委員。2016年3月29日在北京逝世，享年76歲[2]。
