日向敏文（1955年2月23日—）出生於日本東京的作曲家、編曲家。

畢業於伯克利音樂學院。已發行30餘張唱片，包括原創專輯、電視劇原聲配樂、廣告配樂等。同時也為松隆子、中山美穂、Le Couple、KOKIA、竹內結子等藝人提供歌曲。《東京愛情故事》《同一屋簷下》《東京仙履奇緣》等日劇的配樂均出自他之手。
