抓舉舉重運動中的一種,另一種是挺舉。抓舉是指舉重運動員以一個連續的動作將槓鈴從地面舉到頭頂。抓舉還可以分為四種方式,分別為下蹲抓舉(squat snatch、full snatch)、剪步抓舉(split snatch)、瞬發抓舉(power snatch)和肌肉抓舉(muscle snatch)[1]。下蹲抓舉和剪步抓舉常用在比賽中,而瞬發抓舉和肌肉抓舉常用在訓練上。
