戴良（？—？），字叔鸞，汝南慎陽人。
曾祖父戴遵，平帝時為侍御史。家境富裕，好給施，常有食客三四百人。母親喜歡驢鳴，他常學驢叫逗母親開心。舉孝廉，又被聘為司空府，皆不就。[1]及母卒，兄伯依禮「居廬啜粥」[2]，只有戴良獨食肉飲酒。[3]
