戀老（英語：gerontophilia）又叫嗜耄，是指青少年或者中壯年人士，對老年人能產生愛慕感、建立浪漫關係，認為老年人擁有主要的性吸引力，或只有老年人才有性吸引力[1]。戀老症常被歸類為一種性偏離，但在《精神疾病診斷與統計手冊》或《國際疾病分類》中目前尚未提及[2]。
