徐業安（1955年5月—2014年4月8日），湖北武漢人。曾任湖北省委省政府信訪辦公室綜合處處長、湖北省信訪局副局長、國家信訪局辦公室主任。2011年10月至2014年4月任國家信訪局副局長。2014年4月8日自殺身亡。[1]
