弗朗茲·克薩韋爾·溫特哈爾特（Franz Xaver Winterhalter，1805年4月20日-1873年7月8日），德國畫家。曾為眾多19世紀中期的歐洲皇室成員繪像，因而知名，他的名字已經和肖像畫聯繫在一起。他最出名的作品分別是1855年的被侍女圍繞的歐仁妮皇后（Empress Eugénie Surrounded by her Ladies in Waiting）和1865年的奧地利皇后伊莉莎白像。
