莊紅軍（1950年11月—），浙江東陽人，中國人民解放軍少將。
早年參加中國人民解放軍。2002年，授中國人民解放軍少將軍階。2006年，擔任遼寧省軍區政委[1]。2007年1月至2009年8月，任中共遼寧省委常委、省軍區政委。
