莊可柱（1955年2月—），吉林延吉人，中國人民解放軍空軍中將軍階，中國共產黨黨員。
1974年入伍，1996年12月任空軍昆明基地參謀長；2000年12月任空軍昆明基地司令員，2003年12月任空軍昆明指揮所司令員，2004年7月任中國人民解放軍空軍參謀長助理，2005年1月任蘭州軍區空軍參謀長，2010年7月任廣州軍區空軍參謀長。2011年任蘭州軍區空軍司令員[1]。2013年7月任北京軍區副司令員兼軍區空軍司令員[2]。2016年1月，任新建立的中國人民解放軍中部戰區空軍首任司令員[3]。
2002年授中國人民解放軍空軍少將軍階，2013年授中國人民解放軍空軍中將軍階[4]。
