巴塞爾縣（印尼語：Kabupaten Paser）是印度尼西亞東加里曼丹省的一個縣，位於加里曼丹島東部，縣治在塔納巴塞爾。巴塞爾縣是東加里曼丹省位置最靠南的縣。
