山本篤（日語：山本 篤／やまもと あつし Yamamoto Atsushi，1982年4月19日—），日本男子單板滑雪、田徑運動員。他曾代表日本參加2008年、2012年、2016年和2020年夏季帕拉林匹克運動會田徑比賽、2018年冬季帕拉林匹克運動會單板滑雪比賽，獲得二枚銀牌和一枚銅牌。[1]
