孫來燕（1957年10月—），男，江蘇泰州人，生於北京，中華人民共和國政治人物，曾任國家航天局局長。曾參與神州六號、神州七號和嫦娥一號的發射任務。
生平
孫來燕1982年畢業於西安交通大學低溫工程專業。畢業後在北京衛星環境工程研究所工作，任工程組副組長、研究室副主任。1987年－1993年，他於巴黎第六大學留學，並獲得博士學位。回國後，他擔任北京衛星環境工程研究所副所長，後擔任所長。1999年，他被任命為中國國家航天局副局長。他於2001年擔任國防科工委秘書長，2004年10月出任國防科工委副主任、國家航天局局長。2008年3月，改任國家航天局局長、國家國防科技工業局副局長（副部長級）。2010年5月，孫來燕不再擔任國家航天局局長[1]。2018年1月，當選第十三屆全國政協委員[2]。
家庭
已婚，育有一女。
