姜勇，天津工業大學校長，原北京科技大學材料科學與工程學院院長、太原科技大學副校長（掛職）、天津工業大學副校長。主要從事自旋電子材料與器件等方面的研究工作。入選中華人民共和國教育部第七批"長江學者"特聘教授[1]。
