奧托·皮納（德語：Otto Piene，1928年4月18日—2014年7月17日）是一位德國藝術家。
生平
奧托·皮納1928年出生於巴特拉斯弗，在呂伯克長大。1949年至1953年，他就讀於慕尼黑藝術學院和杜塞道夫美術學院，接受繪畫和藝術教育。他擔任過杜塞道夫時裝學院的講師。1952年到1957年期間，他在科隆大學研究哲學。
從1964年開始他在美國賓夕法尼亞大學擔任客座教授。1968年到1971年，他是在麻省理工學院高級視覺研究中心第一研究員。1972年，他成為麻省理工學院環境藝術教授。1974年他擔任高級視覺研究中心主任直至1993年9月1日。
