2000年7月，哈暉在解放軍藝術學院畢業，並且獲得學士學位，2010年7月獲中國音樂學院藝術碩士。哈輝喜好鑽研中國古典音樂與中國古代藝術史，是中國國學推廣大使、中華吟誦學會副理事長。
2008年，參與2008年夏季奧林匹克運動會閉幕式，演唱了民曲《今夜月圓》包括（張也、湯燦、張燕、陳思思、雷佳、王麗達）。[1]
