周用金（1956年4月—），男，湖南安鄉人，中華人民共和國政治人物、書法家。湖南農學院（現湖南農業大學）牧醫系畜牧專業畢業，研究生學歷。
周用金於1984年10月加入中國共產黨。歷任中共常德地委辦秘書科副科長、科長，常德市農業局副局長；中共石門縣委副書記、縣長[1]:319，縣委書記、縣人民武裝部第一政委[1]:330；中共常德市委常委、宣傳部部長、副書記等職。2006年9月任湖南省文化廳副廳長、黨組副書記；2008年3月任黨組書記、廳長。[2]2013年後，出任湖南省新聞出版局局長、省人民政府參事[3]。
