吉泰（1801年—1860年），字曉岩，號怡齋，季氏，滿洲正藍旗人。嘉慶丙子科舉人，丁丑科進士。歷任廣西永福縣、富川縣、馬平縣、懷遠縣知縣，[1]辛卯、壬辰科廣西鄉試同考官，[2]廣東廣州府前山軍民同知，湖南永寧府知府，甘肅寧夏、西寧兵備道等職。[3]著有《宜郁集詩稿》 3 卷。[4]
