司馬毅（3世紀—311年），西晉宗室，司馬懿六弟司馬進曾孫，司馬睦之孫，司馬蔚的兒子。
司馬蔚去世在司馬睦之前，元康元年（291年），司馬睦去世，司馬毅封高陽王（治所在今河北省蠡縣南十五里）。拜散騎侍郎，永嘉五年（311年）四月與東海世子司馬毗及宗室四十七王一起被石勒俘虜。直到東晉末年，晉安帝以司馬毅再從弟司馬無忌的曾孫司馬文深出繼司馬毅，襲封高陽王。
