史堯弼（?—?），字唐英，眉州人。
宋徽宗重和元年出生。十四歲鄉試第二。[1]張浚稱其文章似蘇東坡，留他在潭州（今湖南長沙市政）。紹興二十七年（1157年），與弟史堯夫同中進士，不久卒。有《蓮峰集》三十卷，久佚，清人自《永樂大典》輯《蓮峰集》十卷。
