卡洛斯·佩納·羅慕洛

卡洛斯·佩納·羅慕洛（Carlos Peña Romulo，1898年1月14日—1985年12月15日），菲律賓政府的新聞部部長、外交部長、駐美大使。二戰時期因為寫作對太平洋地區軍事形勢的報告而獲得普利茲新聞獎，之後擔任過道格拉斯·麥克阿瑟將軍的副官。戰後任菲律賓駐聯合國首席代表，參與起草《聯合國憲章》並代表菲律賓在上面簽字。^[1][2][3]
