勞爾·巴卡·卡波（西班牙語：Oswaldo Raul Baca Carbo，1931年6月29日—2014年5月7日），是一名厄瓜多工程師和政治家。他是厄瓜多民主黨領導人，並影響了厄瓜多政治。
他曾經三度擔任厄瓜多議會主席，並擔任拉丁美國委員會主席。2014年他死於厄瓜多，享年82歲[1]。
