劉文新（1972年—），河南信陽人，漢族，畢業於信陽師範學院，擔任信陽市文新茶葉有限責任公司董事長，2010年獲「全國勞動模範」稱號。中華人民共和國商界人物、第十二屆全國人民代表大會河南地區代表。
生平
加入中國共產黨。2013年，擔任全國人大代表[1]。2018年2月24日，當選為第十三屆全國人大代表[2]。
