劉衛東（1942年—），湖北孝感人，中國人民解放軍將領、中國人民解放軍中將。
畢業於解放軍政治學院。2000年，接替岳海岩，擔任東海艦隊政治委員。2005年，由徐建中接任。2001年，授中國人民解放軍中將軍階。擔任南京軍區原副政治委員兼海軍東海艦隊政治委員。2008年，當選第十一屆全國政協委員[1]，代表特別邀請人士，分入第五十六組。[2]
