凱薩琳·蒂澤德女爵士，ONZ，GCMG，GCVO，DBE，QSO，DStJ（英語：Dame Catherine Anne Tizard；1931年4月4日—2021年10月31日），紐西蘭總督，她是紐西蘭歷史上首位女性總督，也是第一位女性奧克蘭市長。著有《海洋資源大全》等書。

1971年的當選為奧克蘭市議會議員，1980年當選為奧克蘭地區議會議員。1983年成為奧克蘭歷史上首位女性市長。1990年被紐西蘭女王伊莉莎白二世任命為紐西蘭總督，同時也是當地史上第一位女性總督，至1996年卸任。
她的前夫為紐西蘭前政府副總理鮑勃·蒂澤德（Bob Tizard），同時她也是前內閣成員Crown Judith Tizard的母親。
